All deliveries incur a flat delivery charge starting at $6.00.
We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our office in Johnsburg, Illinois.

1. Delivery Information
– We deliver 40 lb bags of water softener salt. Our minimum delivery is 4 – 40 lb. bags.
– We deliver Monday to Friday, with varying times based on daily schedules. We aim to accommodate our customers’ needs as much as possible.
– The evening before your delivery, you will receive a text or email with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). We will call the number you provided between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on delivery day to confirm. If you miss the call, please respond to confirm someone will be home. Without a response, we may skip the delivery.
– Payment is due upon delivery. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards as payment at that time. A 3% processing fee will be added to your invoice if a debit or credit card is used.
– Drop-Off Deliveries – You can leave a check for the driver or provide a credit/debit card on file for delivery. If this is your first order, please call our office at 815-385-3093 to set up your card for future use.
